Our Commitment To You 

• Send us your documents via email or fax & we will reply to you with a proposed work order detailing

1) Verification of the work to be provided

2) Approximate time for the completion of the work

3) The total fee of the work.

• Upon your acceptance of the proposal we will ask you for a 25% deposit.
• Once we have completed 50% of the translation we will submitted it to you after receiving a further 25% deposit..
• The remaining translation will be done once we have received the outstanding 50%. The full work will then be sent to you on completion.
• We accept payment via PayPal, Google Checkout or Bankers Cheques
